Family travel, without the blank page.
VoyageHQ is built for parents who travel with kids on a budget — the families for whom one big trip a year is the trip. We remove the blank page so you can spend your evenings dreaming, not spreadsheeting.

VoyageHQ started on a Cancún trip. Six people, four flights, one shared budget, and a group chat that kept losing the good ideas. The trip was wonderful. The planning wasn't.
So we built the tool we needed: an AI that proposes the whole year first, then helps you shape each trip day by day — hotels, activities, packing, passports — with a shared budget everyone can see and a chat that can actually write changes back to the itinerary.
We're based in Dallas, Texas, run by Kip Kone, a dad who spends his days building AI for a Fortune 100 hospitality brand and his nights building the trip planner he wished existed for his own family.
"This might be their only vacation of the year. Every microcopy choice, every email subject, every empty state gets built with that in mind."
