Terms of Service

VoyageHQ is an AI-first family travel planning tool. We help you plan trips, generate itineraries and packing lists, track budgets and bookings, and collaborate with people you invite. We do not sell flights, hotels, or activities — we surface options and, in some cases, link to third-party booking partners.

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for the data you enter, including traveler information you add on behalf of family or friends — make sure you have the right to share it.

Don't:

• Use VoyageHQ to break any law or harm others.
• Scrape, resell, or repackage the service or its content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload our systems.
• Upload malware, spam invites, or harass other users.

AI suggestions are just that — suggestions. Prices, availability, transport times, entry requirements, and travel advisories can change without notice. Always verify critical details (passports, visas, flight times, medical needs) with authoritative sources before you travel.

When you click "Book" or a similar link, you are handed off to a third-party provider (for example Viator). Those bookings are governed by that provider's terms. VoyageHQ may earn an affiliate commission on qualifying bookings; this never changes the price you pay.

The core VoyageHQ product is currently free. If we introduce paid features we'll show pricing clearly before you're charged.

You own the content you enter. You grant us the license we need to store it, display it back to you and your invited collaborators, and process it through AI providers to power the features you use.

VoyageHQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that trip suggestions will be available at the price shown, that itineraries will run as planned, or that the service will always be available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoyageHQ and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or USD 100 if you paid nothing).

You can stop using VoyageHQ and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms; the effective date above will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
